Kelly Jeska 200 Hour Yoga Teacher
Kelly began her experience with yoga in 2014 with no idea what yoga really was. After her first class, she was hooked. Never really into sports or any sort of fitness, she found something in yoga that was both physically challenging yet also mentally and spiritually calming. The combination of mind, body, and spirit in a physical practice is why Kelly fell in love with yoga and decided to deepen her knowledge with Yoga Teacher Training. Kelly received her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in January, 2019.
