Barre22® is a full body, 60 minute class incorporating the toned and lengthened muscles of ballet, the precision and core strengthening of Pilates and the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga. It's designed to sculpt and lengthen all the major muscles groups of the body.
This high energy, low impact workout uses weights, balls, bands, Pilates rings and your own body resistance to create long, lean muscles without the bulk. Barre22® uses small, controlled movements followed by deep stretching to burn calories, build lean muscle and improve coordination and flexibility.
Barre22® Lite - Whether you are new to barre classes or a seasoned pro, this class caters to all. Barre22 Lite is similar to our regular Barre22 class but offers additional stretching time between sections and many modifications. The pace is slowed down a bit to allow for lots of time to perfect your posture and your position. But never fear, you will still find the burn and shake in class because it's not Barre22 Easy, it's Barre22 Lite!
Pilates Mat - This open level class incorporates the use of props such as balls, bands and rings with classical Pilates mat exercises to challenge and strengthen the entire body. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong core.
Pilates to Hip & Spine - 45 minutes of classical Pilates Mat followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching focused on the pelvis, spine and hamstrings.
Pilates Sculpt & Stretch - 45 minutes of Pilates exercises combined with strength tools (weights, resistance bands) followed by 10 minutes of deep stretching focused on the pelvis, spine and hamstrings.
