Barre22® is a full body, 60 minute class incorporating the toned and lengthened muscles of ballet, the precision and core strengthening of Pilates and the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga. It's designed to sculpt and lengthen all the major muscles groups of the body.
This high energy, low impact workout uses weights, balls, bands, Pilates rings and your own body resistance to create long, lean muscles without the bulk. Barre22® uses small, controlled movements followed by deep stretching to burn calories, build lean muscle and improve coordination and flexibility.
Barre22® Lite - Whether you are new to barre classes or a seasoned pro, this class caters to all. Barre22 Lite is similar to our regular Barre22 class but offers additional stretching time between sections and many modifications. The pace is slowed down a bit to allow for lots of time to perfect your posture and your position. But never fear, you will still find the burn and shake in class because it's not Barre22 Easy, it's Barre22 Lite!
Pilates Mat - This open level class incorporates the use of props such as balls, bands and rings with classical Pilates mat exercises to challenge and strengthen the entire body. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. Emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong core.
Pilates to Hip & Spine - 40 minutes of classical Pilates Mat followed by 20 minutes of deep stretching focused on the pelvis, spine and hamstrings.

E22 Circuit Training - 45 mins • 8 stations • cardio & sculpt • all muscles worked • 45 seconds each station! An abdominal strength section is also perfectly placed between Circuit 4 & 5. 45 minutes is all it takes to get it done!

Our bikes have been upgraded to a commercial style interface. Prior to the first ride, each user will set up a personal account. Every time you ride, you will log in. All of your performance metrics will be saved so you can access your progress and goals each ride. This log-in can be used on any commercial Peloton bike, anywhere in the world. Yin Yoga - Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is performed by holding poses for 2-5 minutes. It targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much. It's benefits include greater flexibility, strength and mobility all over the body, but especially for the lower spine, hips and pelvis.
Yin/Yang Yoga - Yin/Yang yoga combines the slowness of Yin with the movement of vinyasa. This class is great for beginners but offers challenges for those looking to deepen their practice.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Flow from pose to pose with your breath, starting in the warm up and continuing throughout practice. Develop body awareness, strength and an inner awareness as de-stress and unwind through sun salutations and other vinyasa flow series. This class is great for beginners but offers challenges for those looking to deepen their practice.
Prenatal Yoga applies postures, breathing, and meditation to help soothe the challenges and discomfort of pregnancy, and to prepare expectant mothers for both delivery and postpartum recuperation. Yoga has been shown to help alleviate many of the common complaints that occur during pregnancy such as heartburn, swelling, back pain and sciatica- while also bringing a deep awareness and a sense of joy at experiencing the natural changes that occur during these 9 months.
